Any AI application that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can now use Graip.AI’s document extraction capabilities without any custom integrations. Graip.AI is launching a Pricing Automation Agent that will serve the labels production industry, automating the full pricing workflow from incoming request to finalized unit costs.

The agent parses incoming requests, assigns base costs, groups products into families, and looks up historical pricing benchmarks. SAP Joule users can now access Graip.AI’s document extraction and validation directly within their SAP environment. No separate setups or switching between tools. And beyond Joule, this integration makes Graip.AI’s capabilities available as a building block for other agentic AI workflows. 

Graip.AI now automates rebate record creation end to end – from extracting supplier agreement data to pushing enriched rebate records directly into Pricefx.

The agent extracts headers and line items from customer agreements, auto-classifies the agreement type, and enriches the data by pulling discount rates from stored rate cards. The agent then pushes the finalized rebate data to Pricefx automatically, eliminating manual lookup, errors, and duplicate entry.

Graip.AI is launching a Quote Management AI Agent that automates the process from incoming customer requests to CPQ-ready quotes. 

The agent processes RFQs from emails and attachments, extracts technical and commercial requirements, validates conditions, and checks historical sales data. It also triggers clarification workflows when needed. 

Once confirmed, it generates structured quote data and prepares proposals for direct submission to SAP CPQ. This reduces manual coordination and improves response times. It also ensures full traceability across the quoting process. 

Graip.AI has added n8n integration, expanding its low-code automation capabilities beyond the existing Zapier connector. 

Users can now connect Graip.AI to external workflows, trigger actions, exchange data, and manage processes across systems without custom integrations.

The system assigns all relevant headers and item fields for that document type, so extraction begins immediately with no manual setup required. If a document doesn’t match any supported category, Graip.AI provides a clear notification with the next steps, including how to explore advanced options available in Graip.AI Pro.
