With this improvement, forwarded emails are converted into a document preview, key data is extracted directly from the email text, and the content is processed using the same logic as PDFs, images, or Excel files.
This works for emails with attachments, where both the email and the document are processed together, as well as for emails without attachments, where the email text alone becomes the input. With these improvements, emails become fully processable data sources.

The CPQ Insights Agent now supports more natural follow-up questions within the same conversation.
