Graip.AI formalized a quality framework that covers AI agents both before go-live and in production. This way, we replace subjective claims with measurable, client-tied commitments.

Before deployment, the client collaborates with our team to define quality criteria. Then, we build ground truth from real client data and configure quality metrics that re-run automatically on every change to catch regressions before they reach production.

For agents that are already in production, LLM-as-judge scoring keeps measuring quality where there is no reference dataset, and periodic quality reports show the client how agents perform over time.

Graip.AI is launching a Rebate Automation Agent that will serve rebate teams, automating the full rebate agreement workflow from incoming supplier PDF to posted rebate records in Pricefx.

The agent reads each agreement, pulls out supplier and customer details along with the full discount table, and classifies it into one of four rebate types based on the contract wording. It returns a confidence score and explanation for each call. Then it matches the agreement to the right rate card, fills the Extra discount column, and posts the enriched data to Pricefx as complete rebate condition records.

Clean agreements go straight through. Flagged ones (containing exceptions) land with the rebate manager, with the agent’s reasoning already attached.

The whole process is fully auditable – from PDF intake to Pricefx posting – with same-day notifications to the trade desk, finance, and the supplier owner.

Any AI application that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can now use Graip.AI’s document extraction capabilities without any custom integrations. Unlike API integrations that need to be built and maintained, MCP is a standardized protocol that lets AI assistants call external tools directly. 

Graip.AI is launching a Pricing Automation Agent that will serve the labels production industry, automating the full pricing workflow from incoming request to finalized unit costs.

The agent parses incoming requests, assigns base costs, groups products into families, and looks up historical pricing benchmarks. It then calculates unit costs, explaining the reasoning, and presents a side-by-side comparison with historical data. This way, the user can make an informed decision before finalizing.

The result is a downloadable table with all items and unit costs, ready to use.

SAP Joule users can now access Graip.AI’s document extraction and validation directly within their SAP environment. No separate setups or switching between tools. And beyond Joule, this integration makes Graip.AI’s capabilities available as a building block for other agentic AI workflows. 

Graip.AI now automates rebate record creation end to end – from extracting supplier agreement data to pushing enriched rebate records directly into Pricefx.

The agent extracts headers and line items from customer agreements, auto-classifies the agreement type, and enriches the data by pulling discount rates from stored rate cards. The agent then pushes the finalized rebate data to Pricefx automatically, eliminating manual lookup, errors, and duplicate entry.

Graip.AI is launching a Quote Management AI Agent that automates the process from incoming customer requests to CPQ-ready quotes. 

The agent processes RFQs from emails and attachments, extracts technical and commercial requirements, validates conditions, and checks historical sales data. It also triggers clarification workflows when needed. 

Once confirmed, it generates structured quote data and prepares proposals for direct submission to SAP CPQ. This reduces manual coordination and improves response times. It also ensures full traceability across the quoting process. 

Graip.AI has added n8n integration, expanding its low-code automation capabilities beyond the existing Zapier connector.
