Q1 2026 brought new capabilities to Graip.AI, expanding how teams handle complex document workflows and intelligent automation. This quarter was defined by the introduction of specialized AI agents for high-stakes business processes, deeper administrative control for enterprise teams, and a series of platform improvements that make Graip.AI faster to configure and easier to connect with external systems.

New Features and Improvements
Smarter Approval Workflows. Graip.AI now supports Multistage Line-Item Approval for cases where different line items require review by different people or teams. Bulk Approval was added for faster processing of straightforward cases, and approvals can now be forwarded to another person when needed.
Updated Platform Design. The Agents Lab has been refreshed with a clearer structure, easier navigation, and more room for configuration, making the platform simpler to use and manage.
Admin Control and Audit Logs. A new Admin Panel gives organizations visibility into agent access and configuration across teams. Admin Audit Logs allow administrators to review important actions including logins, agent changes, chats, and configuration updates, providing the transparency and traceability that compliance-conscious organizations require.
Flexible Agent Configuration. Agents now support a more sophisticated configuration layer, including custom prompt setup, tool access control, dedicated knowledge bases, and additional tool settings such as email, knowledge base lookup, and database lookup. This gives teams precise control over how each agent behaves and what resources it can access.
Easier Integrations. Graip.AI now offers two response formats, Full JSON and Simplified JSON, giving teams flexibility in how outputs connect with other systems. CSV file support has also been added, making it easier to work with structured data across existing pipelines.
MCP Server. Graip.AI has published its MCP Server, making it straightforward to connect with external AI tools and systems and laying the groundwork for a more open and interoperable automation stack.

Spotlight Use Cases
This quarter, Graip.AI was deployed to tackle complex, document-heavy challenges in legal and sales functions. Each solution demonstrates how intelligent automation transforms specific, time-intensive workflows into simplified processes.
1. Contract Management Agent
The Challenge: Reviewing contracts manually is time-consuming and often inconsistent across teams. Legal and procurement teams need to read agreements, compare them against internal playbooks and policies, identifyrisky clauses, and decide what to accept, negotiate, or escalate. This process slows down contracting cycles and increases the risk of missed issues, especially across different contract types such as vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs.
The Solution: Contract Management Agent that reviews contracts against internal playbooks, standard positions, fallback language, and negotiation guidance. The agent analyzes the document clause by clause, checks it against internal standards, and asks targeted clarification questions where needed. It then generates a review summary with a Green / Yellow / Red risk assessment, recommends a negotiation strategy, suggests specific changes, and after user confirmation produces an updated contract version with reduced or clearly understood risks.
The Outcome: Contract review cycles that previously took days are now completed in a fraction of the time. Teams benefit from consistent, policy-aligned reviews across all contract types, with a clear and actionable path to negotiation and resolution.
2. SAP CPQ RFQ Processing and Quote Agent
The Challenge: Sales teams receive RFQs by email with critical information fragmented across the email body, attachments, and historical systems. Key requirements may be spread across customer notes, attached PDFs, previous quotes, prior delivery terms, and manufacturer questions that need clarification before a quote can be prepared. Manually extracting this information, checking past sales data, contacting manufacturers, and preparing the quote is time-consuming and creates delays, inconsistency, and risk of missing important details.
The Solution: RFQ Processing and Quote Preparation Agent that combines data from the incoming email and attached RFQ document in a single workflow. The agent extracts commercial and technical requirements, identifies special notes and customer questions, and executes supporting actions such as drafting manufacturer clarification emails, querying historical sales and quote data, and reviewing previous client conditions. The user reviews and confirms key steps before the agent prepares the final quote with suggested commercial conditions based on previous business history and submits it to SAP CPQ.
The Outcome: Sales teams respond to RFQs faster, with greater accuracy and full control over customer-specific requirements. The risk of missing critical details is significantly reduced, and the time from RFQ receipt to quote submission is cut substantially.
